Irritationen durch umgestellte Uhren
In der Nacht vom 27. zum 28. März sind die Uhren in Deutschland zum 31. Mal auf die Sommerzeit umgestellt worden. So bleibt es durch das Vorrücken um eine Stunde nun bis zum 31. Oktober, an dem die Winterzeit wiederhergestellt wird, abends länger hell und morgens länger dunkel. Für manch einen bedeutet das eine gewisse Belastung oder Irritation, ganz ähnlich wie nach einer Flugreise von einer Zeitzone in die andere. Doch nicht anders als ein Flug von Berlin nach London wird auch die künstliche Zeitumstellung schon nach wenigen Tagen von kaum jemandem noch ernsthaft als Problem angesehen.

Uhrenumstellung kein Problem für Bahn
Und schneller noch als das innere Chronometer ist der Zugverkehr auf den neuen Gang der Uhren eingestellt. Alle Bedenken, es könne da bei all der Feinabstimmung der Fahrpläne zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten kommen, haben sich im Laufe der Jahre beseitigen lassen. Nach 30 Jahren Erfahrung ist die Zeitumstellung für die Bahn nichts mehr als Routine.
